Absolutely ridiculous. Forced to update in order to use. Aetna header and nothing else. Had to uninstall and installed again. Worked once, from the play app. Now, back to just the aetna header and no other content on screen.
Would be good to schedule a mileage reimbursement on the app. Also request trip logs. Talking to an automated system is not My thing plus it says for me to wear a protective face while riding in the ride. I'm not requesting a ride though and I am driving Myself. Wearing a protective "face mask" is for rides only. Yes it literally says to wear a protective face and that's annoying to hear every time I have to call in to schedule a mileage reimbursement.
This app keeps stopping and that's not good
The app keeps closing. Used to work now it doesn't.

Poor app, not responsive to commands. Slow or continuously spinning circle multiple times, not my new phone or network. Cannot make app setup fingerprint for security, app refuses.
